Track Meetup with Yoke

Yoke.io uses Meetup APIs to track upcoming events in your groups.

About the integration

Yoke uses OAuth2 and secure REST APIs to connect to Meetup.

Card Types

You can track the following in your Meetup account:

  • upcoming events in the next 1, 7 or 30 days in your Meetup groups
  • same as above, but limited to meetups that you have RSVP'd as yes/wait-list
  • notifications in your Meetup account

Slack integration

You can query your Meetup cards from Slack using slash commands.

Automatic bookmarks in Chrome

The Yoke Auto-Bookmarks Extension turns the events picked up by your Meetup cards into bookmarks in Chrome.

Tips for Yoke users

Meetup is the world's largest network of local groups. Meetup has hundreds of groups that organize high-quality meetings which are usually free to attend. You can sign up for an account at meetup.com and join groups that interest you.

Yoke cards track the upcoming meetups organized by the groups that you have joined, in the next few days or weeks. By adding a Meetup card to your Yoke board, you can ensure that you RSVP in a timely manner, and attend the meetings with the most interesting agendas.
