Card Types

You can track the following in your Zoho CRM account:

  • open leads owned by me or anyone
  • potentials owned by me or anyone, optionally filtered by the closing time
  • open cases owned by me or anyone

Tips for Yoke users

Zoho CRM is part of Zoho's popular office suite. Yoke tracks open leads, potentials and open cases in your Zoho account as cards on the Yoke board.

You can choose cards that are relevant to your needs. For instance,

  • Account executives can track open leads owned by them and potentials closing in the next 60 days.
  • Sales engineers can keep track of cases owned by them and make sure that they are getting the right information to the account executives.
  • Sales managers can track potentials closing in the next 7 days, to see if they can help with process.
