The Yoke Auto-Bookmarks Extension turns the messages and events picked up by your Yoke cards into bookmarks in Chrome. The bookmark will directly take you to the corresponding messages or event in Office 365.

For web users

Office 365 users who primarily use the web-interface will be able to track unread items in multiple accounts using Yoke. Yoke allows you to control the folders that you would like to track.

You can also track the upcoming events in the week to ensure that you are prepared for your meetings.

For the "Inbox Zero" user

The Inbox Zero principle encourages you to bring all your inboxes down to zero several times every day. However, some messages require a thoughtful response. You can flag such messages and track them using Yoke's follow-up messages card.

Office 365 offers powerful inbox rules to automatically move your emails to different folders. If you use rules to separate promotions from work from home-related emails, you can create Yoke cards that track messages in specific folders.

One-Click Archive

Yoke supports One-Click Archive to archive/move any message in Yoke card to any folder you select when creating the card. This provides a quick way to process items and either archive them or move them to a "Next-Action" folder.
