Track Harvest with Yoke

Yoke.io uses Harvest APIs to report on key metrics such as the total time a user spent in one or multiple projects and the total amount of the open invoices.

About the integration

Yoke uses OAuth2 and secure REST APIs to connect to Harvest.

Card Types

You can track the following measures in your Harvest account:

  • total time spent in one or multiple projects in today/this week/this month/this year, optionally filtered by user
  • total amount of open invoices

Slack integration

You can query your Harvest cards from Slack using slash commands.

Automatic bookmarks in Chrome

The Yoke Auto-Bookmarks Extension turns the tasks picked up by your Harvest cards into bookmarks in Chrome.

Harvest is a simple time tracking cloud application to let you spend less time tracking and more time doing.

For Managers

You can use Yoke card to track how long the user you managed have spent on one or multiple projects in today/this week/this month/this year.

For Users

You can track how long you have spent on one or multiple projects in today/this week/this month/this year.

You can also track the total amount of the open invoices you have created in Harvest. The status of the invoice items will remind you to take actions on the open invoices if they are not closed for a certain amount of time.
