About the integration

Yoke uses the user name and an API token to authenticate REST API calls. You can generate an API key by visiting "Your Profile" and then "API keys" in your Help Scout account.

You can track the following measures for any mailbox in your Help Scout account:

  • conversations assigned to you
  • unassigned conversations
  • conversations assigned to others

Alerting logic

A machine learning algorithm figures out how often you respond to conversations and warns you if certain conversations have been dormant for longer than usual.

You can track conversations assigned to you to make sure that they are dealt with. If you manage a mailbox, you can track unassigned conversations and assign them to the correct person in the team.

Yoke will alert you if some conversations are taking longer than expected, as with Zendesk.
