Tips for Yoke users

Box is a simple, secure file sharing and collaboration cloud application. It is where all your work comes together.

You can use Yoke to track recently added or modified files by your collaborators so that you won't miss any updates or additions. You can also mark any file or folder as your favorite and use Yoke card to quickly access these resources.

Yoke also allow you to create a card using any arbitrary search string like what you would use in the search box on the Box website. Box matches the search string against object names, descriptions, text contents of files and other data. The matching files/folders will be displayed in the Yoke card and click the items will directly access them. For example, you could create a Yoke card for all resources with a keyword "TBD".
