Yoke uses OAuth2 and secure REST APIs to connect to Google Drive.
Yoke supports the following card types:
Yoke uses machine-learning algorithms to identify how often you review the activity in your Google Drive card, and will warn you if you have gone too long without checking the card.
You can query your Google Drive cards from Slack using slash commands.
The Yoke Auto-Bookmarks Extension turns the documents picked up by your Google Drive cards into bookmarks in Chrome. You can click on these bookmarks to jump to the document in Google Drive.
Yoke supports cards to keep track of changes made by others to your Google Drive documents. These cards belong in an inbox list in your Yoke board, so that you can stay up-to-date and provide timely feedback.
Google Drive lets you add a star to a document to access it quickly. We recommend a system where you star documents that are accessed often such as reference materials, project plans and meeting notes for active projects.
Yoke supports a card to track starred documents in your Drive. You can add this card to your project list for quick access to material related to your active projects.
