Tips for Yoke users

You should track "new and open tickets" to make sure that they are dealt with. If you manage an account, you should watch difficult tickets and track watched tickets using a Yoke card.

Yoke will warn you about tickets that have been inactive for longer than usual, as with Zendesk.
