Yoke uses basic authentication and secure REST API calls to connect to Freshdesk.
You can track the following measures for any mailbox in your Freshdesk account:
A machine learning algorithm figures out how often tickets are updated and alerts when a ticket has remained dormant for longer than usual.
You can query your Freshdesk cards from Slack using slash commands.
The Yoke Auto-Bookmarks Extension turns the tickets picked up by your Freshdesk cards into bookmarks in Chrome.
You should track "new and open tickets" to make sure that they are dealt with. If you manage an account, you should watch difficult tickets and track watched tickets using a Yoke card.
Yoke will warn you about tickets that have been inactive for longer than usual, as with Zendesk.
