Yoke uses OAuth2 and secure REST APIs to connect to Flowdock.
You can track the following measures in your Flowdock account:
A machine learning algorithm figures out how often you read your Flowdock messages, based on your resets, and warns you if you haven't read a flow for longer than usual.
The Yoke Auto-Bookmarks Extension automatically creates a bookmark per Flowdock card with the measure and the title of the card, such as "5 messages in the Support flow". The bookmark points to the appropriate page in Flowdock.
Notifications are disruptive interruptions that make you forget what you should be doing, i.e., unproductive. You can minimize your notifications by setting your preferences as "Only for me".
You can track your important flows with Yoke. Make sure that everyone in your team uses mentions (like @jacksmith) for urgent messages.
Flowdock integrations are great to get everyone on the same page. But flows are not the best way to organize information or tasks.
Important conversations in Flowdock must be summarized in a app that promotes better organization and tracking, such as a project management system or Wiki. A comment that belongs in the source system, like Asana, JIRA or Zendesk, must not remain a message in Flowdock.
