About the integration

Yoke uses an token-based authentication and secure REST APIs to connect to Pipedrive.

Getting the API token

You can retrieve your API token by:

  1. Clicking your avatar on the top right corner
  2. Choosing "Settings"
  3. Clicking "API" in "Personal" settings
  4. Generating a new token

Card Types

You can track the following in your Pipedrive account:

  • your open activities, optionally filtered by due date
  • open deals owned by you or anyone from a speicific pipeline, optionally filtered by closing time
  • open deals in a named filter, optionally filtered by closing time

Slack integration

You can query your Pipedrive cards from Slack using slash commands.

Automatic bookmarks in Chrome

The Yoke Auto-Bookmarks Extension turns the activities and deals picked up by your Pipedrive cards into bookmarks in Chrome.

Pipedrive is a sales CRM and pipeline management software. Yoke helps you track activities and deals in your Pipedrive account filtering by various criteria such as pipelines and closing dates.

You can choose cards that are relevant to your needs. For instance,

  • Account executives can track open activities and deals owned by them closing in the next 60 days.
  • Sales managers can track open deals owned by anyone closing in the next 7 days, to see if they can help with process.
