Track Wrike with Yoke uses the Wrike API to report on open tasks in a project by various filtering criteria.

About the integration

Yoke uses OAuth2 and REST APIs to access data in your Wrike account.

Card Types

You can track the following in your Wrike account:

  • your open tasks, optionally filtered by account, folder/project, and due date
  • open tasks shared with you, optionally filtered by account, folder/project, and due date
  • open tasks assigned to a specific user or any user, optionally filtered by account, folder/project and due date

Alerting logic

Yoke alerts you if any open task is overdue or hasn't been updated in a while.

Slack integration

You can query your Wrike cards from Slack using slash commands.

Automatic bookmarks in Chrome

The Yoke Auto-Bookmarks Extension turns the tasks picked up by your Wrike cards into bookmarks in Chrome.

Tips for Yoke users

Wrike is an online project management software that gives you full visibility and control over your tasks.

For individual contributors

If you are an individual contributor, you can track your open tasks assigned to you, or shared with you, in one or more Yoke cards. Any updates to the tasks will show up as notification badges, and you can read them at your convenience.

For managers

Managers can keep track of tasks assigned to others as separate Yoke cards. This way, you can quickly update yourself on the various activities performed by your team.
