Track CapsuleCRM with Yoke

Yoke.io uses Capsule APIs to track tasks, opportunities and cases in your CapsuleCRM account.

About the integration

Yoke uses a token-based authentication and secure REST APIs to connect to Capsule CRM.

Getting the API token

You can retrieve your API token by:

  1. Clicking your avatar on the top right corner
  2. Choosing "My Preferences"
  3. Clicking "API Authentication Token" on the left menu
  4. Copy your API Authentication Token

Card Types

You can track the following in your CapsuleCRM account:

  • open tasks assigned to one or multiple users, optionally filtered by category and due date
  • open opportunities owned by one or multiple users, optionally filtered by ending time
  • open cases assigned to one or multiple users

Slack integration

You can query your CapsuleCRM cards from Slack using slash commands.

Automatic bookmarks in Chrome

The Yoke Auto-Bookmarks Extension turns the tasks, cases and opportunities picked up by your CapsuleCRM cards into bookmarks in Chrome.

You can choose cards that are relevant to your needs. For instance,

  • Account executives can track their open tasks and opportunities closing in the next 60 days.
  • Sales managers can track open opportunities owned by their team closing in the next 7 days, to see if they can help with process.
  • Sales engineers can track open cases owned by their team to help resolve them.
