Tips for Yoke users

Pocket is a great way to mark interesting articles/pages that you run into at a time when it is inconvenient to read them. Yoke helps you track articles in your Pocket account.

Here are some tips for Yoke users:

  • Use Pocket to store articles that don't require any further action. You should use a task management app, such as Wunderlist or Todoist, to keep track of articles that require further action, such as forms to be filled and drafts to be reviewed.
  • If you have over 10 articles at any time, use hashtags to separate them by the various topics/areas that you are interested in such as #work, #gardening, etc.
  • Mark articles as read after you are done with them.
  • Get rid of articles that you might never read during your weekly review.
  • Use the Chrome and Firefox extensions to save time.

Be sure to check out the Yoke Auto-Bookmarks Extension to automatically bookmark your articles.
